Return and Exchange Policy

We are a happy bunch and strive for happy customers, we want good vibes, positive energy and want you to be thrilled with your new product. If your not we will do what we can to make it right, We are a small company and offer the best customer service around. RETURNS

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, BombshellCandleCo is happy to offer a refund on unopened, unused, full priced items within 7 days from your delivery date. As a small business we are unable to cover return shipping costs or services, but will gladly ship exchanges at no additional cost. Refunds are for the cost of the the item excluding shipping fees and will be issued in the same form of payment within five days of receiving the returned product.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you have a concern about your order. We will address any problems related to breakage in transit, or a manufacturing defect please provide photographic evidence of shipping damage and document how your package was delivered.

EXCHANGES

If you chose a scent that isn't exactly what you where hoping for, Its not your vibe, your jam, your boo or bae thing, it's ok, we want you to be be happy we will happily exchange it for you as a courtesy, we want customers that return to us again and again and not buy your candles from that other company. If you are going to return we ask that you contact us prior to returning item.
